What you will be working on:
Own Kisi’s onboarding processes and ensure the success of Kisi setups around the globe
Work IoT hardware setups and perform remote diagnosis
Analyze problems and suggest new strategies how Kisi can make customers more successful in the future
Source, train and manage Kisi instegrators
Work closely with account management and guarantee customer success in the first 60 days
Collect and structure customer feedback and work together with our tech team to continuously develop and fine-tune our product
What we’ll expect from you:
Experience with operations or project management and the ability to organize yourself in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree and professional experience in a relevant field preferred
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Proactively address concerns, anticipate outcomes and automate operational processes
The ability to structure and communicate technical matters efficiently with customers and across different teams
