Custom roles: Join the pilot
With Custom roles, you can:
- Define role permissions that match the exact needs of your organization
- Assign access and admin rights at the organization, place, or group level
- Ensure the right people have the right access—nothing more, nothing less
Whether you're managing a large team or just want more granular control, Custom roles bring flexibility and security together.
New reports: Deeper insights at a glance
We’ve added more powerful reporting tools to your Kisi Dashboard to help you make informed decisions faster.
Here’s what’s new:
- Active vs inactive users: Identify who’s actively using access and who’s not
- Access permissions overview: Spot users with too much (or no) access at a glance
- Hardware and schedules summary: Get a quick snapshot of your devices and unlock schedules
These new reports help you stay on top of security, usage, and system health without the guesswork.
Introducing Tailgating policy scheduling
You can now schedule your tailgating policy to automatically activate during unstaffed hours — helping you maintain security even when no one’s around.
Considering bringing guests during staffed hours is often part of normal operations, scheduling allows you to trigger notifications only when it truly matters — when no one is on-site to monitor access.
