Welcome to our “Outage and Emergency Preparedness” course. While we continuously build more reliability into Kisi products and services, some failure or emergency responses depend on how the system is set up in context of the company infrastructure and workflows. Identifying potential failures, developing a response plan, and regular testing will ensure business continuity. In this course, we will review common failures and emergencies, how to develop a response plan, and provide step-by-step instructions on how to run outage and emergency drills.
